Is my booking confirmed immediately after payment?
No. Payment creates an order immediately, but the booking is confirmed only after CAJ.UZ sends written confirmation after checking traveller details and securing services.
What happens after online payment?
CAJ.UZ checks traveller details, hotels, train tickets, guides, transport and other services, then sends written confirmation and final voucher details.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
If you cancel 24 hours or more before the start time, CAJ.UZ does not charge its own cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours before the start, cancellation fees may apply. Tickets, special fares and supplier services may be partly or fully non-refundable.
Is Business Lounge at Tashkent Airport included?
No. Business Lounge is optional and costs 91 USD per person for arrival or 91 USD per person for departure, with VAT included.
Can this tour continue to Kazakhstan, Tajikistan or Kyrgyzstan?
Yes, an onward transfer or extension to another Central Asia route can be requested and priced separately.
Can the programme be customised?
