5 October · Monday — Chimgan Mountains, Amirsoy & Charvak
A private mountain excursion with easy walks
Breakfast, then meet your English-speaking guide, Zoir Bektemir, and driver.
Visit the Amirsoy resort area, panoramic viewpoints in the Chimgan Mountains and Charvak Reservoir. Allow time for short, easy walks, photographs, lunch and rest stops.
No strenuous hiking, steep trails or difficult climbs are planned. The Amirsoy cable car is optional and paid separately, subject to operation and suitable weather.
Return to Tashkent. Overnight at Ateca.

A full-day excursion with Mrs Tursinoy
After breakfast, travel with your driver and English-speaking guide, Mrs Tursinoy, through the Takhtakaracha mountain pass, subject to suitable road and weather conditions.
Visit the remains of Ak-Saray Palace, Dorut Tilovat, Kok-Gumbaz Mosque and Dorus Saodat, with time in the historic centre and local neighbourhoods.
Return to Samarkand in the late afternoon. Overnight at Sultan.

9 October · Friday — Samarkand → Sarmishsay → Nurata → Aydarkul → yurt camp
Petroglyphs, a desert lake and the Kyzylkum
Breakfast and early checkout. Depart by private vehicle with all luggage.
At Sarmishsay, visit the accessible petroglyph areas with local guiding assistance. A suitable local access vehicle is included where required.
Continue to Nurata for the Chashma spring and complex, local mosque, ancient fortress remains and traditional neighbourhoods. A market stop is subject to operation and available time.
Visit Aydarkul Lake for walking, photography and views of the steppe and desert landscape.
Dinner and overnight at Qizil Kum Safari. Confirmed accommodation: one private yurt for two guests. Camel riding will not be arranged.

Desert morning and arrival in the old city
Breakfast at the yurt camp, with additional time for walking and photographs before departure.
Private transfer to Bukhara, with comfort and photography stops en route.
After arrival, an introductory walking tour around Lyabi-Hauz, the historic trading streets and residential areas of the Old City is planned, subject to arrival time.

Explore Poi-Kalyan, Kalyan Minaret and Mosque, Mir-i-Arab Madrasah from the outside, the Ark Fortress, Samanid Mausoleum and Chashma-Ayub.
Continue through the Old Jewish Quarter, historic trading domes, craft workshops and residential streets. Visit Fayzulla Khojaev House Museum subject to opening, and Chor Minor if time permits.
