The package with Afrosiyob trains for all three journeys costs USD 7,100. If Afrosiyob tickets become available for one or more journeys, any supplement will be agreed with you separately. The hotel substitutions already agreed do not increase the agreed package price.

Yasmeen Hassan and Andoh Zeeshan Wiafe Hassan — one Twin room with two separate beds.
Fatima Hassan and Omar Hassan — one Double room; for Tashkent on 30 September–2 October, a Twin room has been confirmed and accepted.
Dr Parvez Hassan — one room for single occupancy.
Airport meetings and transfers
30 September: two separate airport transfers. Yasmeen and Zeeshan arrive in the morning; Dr Parvez, Fatima and Omar arrive separately from Lahore, provisionally at 13:25.
The driver will meet each arriving party at the arrivals exit with a sign reading YASMEEN HASSAN. Yasmeen and Zeeshan’s room at LOTTE is booked from 29 September so they can check in immediately on arrival.
7 October: airport transfer for your early departure. Flight numbers and final arrival and departure times still need to be confirmed.

30 September — Arrival in Tashkent
Family arrivals, time to rest and a birthday celebration
Two separate airport transfers to LOTTE City Hotel Tashkent Palace. Yasmeen and Zeeshan can check in immediately after their morning arrival.
Free time to rest after your flights.
A family dinner to celebrate Dr Parvez’s 85th birthday, with an agreed menu and birthday cake, is included in the package.
The proposed venue is Khiva Restaurant at Hyatt Regency Tashkent, at approximately 19:00. The restaurant reservation and exact time still require confirmation.
Transfers to and from the birthday dinner are included. Overnight at LOTTE City Hotel Tashkent Palace.

1 October — Tashkent
City sightseeing with an English-speaking guide
Breakfast. Meet your guide in the hotel lobby at approximately 09:30.
Visit the Khast Imam complex, Barak Khan Madrasah, Chorsu Bazaar, selected Tashkent Metro stations, Independence Square and Amir Timur Square.
Time for lunch and rest breaks; lunch is at your own expense. The pace of sightseeing will take the family’s preferences into account.
Return to the hotel after sightseeing. Overnight at LOTTE City Hotel Tashkent Palace.

2 October — Tashkent → Bukhara
Morning train and an introduction to the Old Town
Early breakfast, check out of all three rooms and meet your driver in the lobby with your luggage. Transfer to the railway station.
Sharq tickets have been purchased for all five guests. The agreed itinerary lists train No. 710F, 08:37–14:35; final details will be provided with your electronic tickets.
Meet your driver at Bukhara railway station and transfer to your hotel for check-in, lunch and time to rest.
Then meet your local English-speaking guide to visit Lyabi-Hauz, Magoki-Attori Mosque, the trading domes, Ulugbek and Abdulaziz Khan madrasahs, and the Poi-Kalyan ensemble.
As Sharq arrives later than Afrosiyob, sightseeing will start later; any remaining visits will be moved to 4 October. Overnight at your confirmed hotel in Bukhara.

3 October — Bukhara and surroundings
Historic sights and monuments outside the city
Breakfast and sightseeing with your local English-speaking guide.
Visit the Ark Fortress and Bolo-Hauz Mosque, followed by the Bahauddin Naqshband memorial complex and Sitorai Mokhi-Khosa, the emir’s summer residence.
Return to the hotel in the afternoon and enjoy free time. Overnight at your confirmed hotel in Bukhara.

4 October — Bukhara → Samarkand
Final visits in Bukhara and an evening train journey
Breakfast. As stated in the agreed itinerary, check out of all three rooms by 11:50; luggage will be stored at reception until your transfer.
Visit Chor-Minor and any remaining Old Town sights, with free time and lunch at your own expense.
Collect your luggage and take a private transfer to the railway station.
Sharq tickets have been purchased for all five guests. The itinerary lists train No. 709F, 16:55–19:13.
Meet your driver at Samarkand railway station, transfer to Kohinur Plaza and check in. Overnight at the hotel.

5 October — Samarkand
A full day with a local English-speaking guide
Breakfast. Meet your guide in the hotel lobby at approximately 09:30.
Visit Gur-e-Amir Mausoleum, Registan Square, Bibi-Khanym Mosque, Siab Bazaar and the Shah-i-Zinda complex.
Rest breaks and time for lunch are included in the schedule; lunch is at your own expense. The pace of the day and any routes involving steps will be discussed with the family.
Overnight at Kohinur Plaza.

6 October — Samarkand → Tashkent
Ulugbek Observatory, Konigil and a return to the capital
Breakfast, check out and meet in the lobby with your luggage. Your luggage will remain in the vehicle during sightseeing.
The agreed itinerary includes Ulugbek Observatory and the traditional paper workshop in Konigil with an English-speaking guide. The guide assignment for this day is awaiting confirmation.
Time for lunch at your own expense and a rest, followed by a transfer to the railway station.
Sharq tickets have been purchased for all five guests. The itinerary lists train No. 709F, 19:23–23:06.
Meet your driver in Tashkent and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation for the night of 6–7 October is included in the package; the hotel name and booking confirmation will follow separately.
With Sharq arriving at 23:06, there is limited time to rest before your early flight on 7 October. Meeting, check-in and airport transfer times will be coordinated with your confirmed flights.

7 October — Departure from Tashkent
Airport transfer
Check out of all rooms and meet your driver in the lobby with all your luggage.
Private transfer to Tashkent International Airport. The pick-up time will depend on your confirmed flight.
Breakfast availability will depend on your departure time from the hotel.
Guides: the latest booking update lists Tashkent on 1 October, Bukhara on 2–3 October and Samarkand on 5 October. Guided sightseeing on 6 October is included in the agreed itinerary, with the guide assignment awaiting separate confirmation. Guide names, contact details and exact meeting times will be provided in your final travel documents.

Please confirm whether you would like to stay at Devon Begi Heritage Hotel, and we will book it in place of Paradise Plaza. This alternative has not yet been booked; rooms remain subject to availability when we receive your confirmation.
Room requests: a room with step-free access for Dr Parvez and rooms with windows facing outside. Your preferences have been noted; specific room features still require hotel confirmation. Storage of Yasmeen and Zeeshan’s additional luggage in Tashkent from 2 to 6 October, and any charge for this service, will also be confirmed separately.

For other dinners, the itinerary suggests Afsona in Tashkent, Old Bukhara in Bukhara and Platan in Samarkand. Tables can be arranged on request; these meals are payable separately.
Visa support and payment
Visa support for the three guests travelling on Pakistani passports has been approved. You may now proceed with payment for your tour. As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you the approved visa-support documents.
The amount payable for the package with Sharq trains on all three routes is USD 6,900 for all five guests. Full payment of the agreed package is required. You can pay by Visa / Mastercard using your payment link, or by bank transfer against an invoice.
The package with Afrosiyob trains on all three routes costs USD 7,100. If tickets are confirmed, any supplement for replacing one or more Sharq journeys with Afrosiyob will be agreed with you separately.
Cancellation and refunds
For cancellations made at least 24 hours before the confirmed start, CAJ.UZ does not charge its own cancellation fee. Conditions attached to issued tickets, special fares and supplier services may reduce the amount refundable. Additional deductions may apply to later cancellations.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payer using the original payment method. CAJ.UZ processes approved refunds within five business days; the time for funds to reach your account depends on your bank.
