Online Payment and Booking Confirmation

This page explains how payment works on CAJ.UZ: which payment methods are available, what happens after payment, when a booking becomes confirmed, how to request a company invoice, and where to contact us if payment went through but confirmation has not arrived yet. Payment methods
What payment options are available?
Standard payment options on CAJ.UZ are Visa / Mastercard, bank transfer by invoice or official bank transfer details, and cash only when confirmed in writing by our team.
Card payments
Card payments are available through official CAJ.UZ payment pages. We never ask you to send a full card number or CVV by email, chat or WhatsApp.
Bank transfer and cash
Bank transfer is arranged by invoice or bank transfer details after the booking details are confirmed. Cash payment is available only when our team confirms it in writing before payment. General purchase rules are explained in the Purchase Terms.
What currency will my card be charged in?
Card charge currency and any conversion depend on the payment page and your card-issuing bank. CAJ.UZ does not add a separate cardholder commission, but your bank may apply currency conversion, international payment or processing fees.
Can I pay a deposit or partial payment?
For Pay now tours, the checkout normally collects the amount shown on the payment page. Deposit or partial payment is possible only if CAJ.UZ confirms it in writing before payment.
How online payment works
Option A: Pay now
- Open a tour page and click Book online / Pay now.
- Fill in traveler details. Upload passport scans only if the form requests them.
- Pay by Visa / Mastercard.
- Your payment creates an order immediately.
- CAJ.UZ sends written confirmation by email or WhatsApp after checking details and securing services.
Option B: Request first, then pay
For private tours, custom itineraries and arrangements that require manual confirmation, you send a request first. We confirm availability, details and price in writing, then send a payment link or invoice.
Order, booking confirmation and hold time
Is my booking confirmed immediately after payment?
No. Payment creates an order immediately. The booking becomes confirmed only when CAJ.UZ sends written confirmation after we secure the services required for your booking.
How long does booking processing take?
After a request is submitted, our team usually replies the same day. If the request is sent outside working hours, we reply as soon as our team is available. Business timezone: Uzbekistan time (UTC+5).
How long is a booking held?
There is no universal hold period for all tours and services. For request bookings, any payment deadline or hold period is confirmed in writing by our team.
Company invoice and bank transfer
Can I get an invoice for a company?
Yes. If you need a company invoice, contact us before payment and send company details. We can issue an invoice or provide bank details after the booking details are confirmed.
Who pays SWIFT or intermediary bank fees?
Bank transfer details are provided, but SWIFT and intermediary bank fees can vary by bank and country. Confirm fee handling in writing before sending a transfer if it is important for your accounting.
Payment security
- HTTPS/SSL: the connection is protected.
- 3D Secure: your bank may request an additional authentication step.
- Card data: we never ask for CVV or a full card number in messages.
- Fees: CAJ.UZ does not add an extra cardholder commission; your bank may apply currency conversion or processing fees.
Safety tip: pay only on official CAJ.UZ pages. If anyone asks for CVV or a full card number by message, do not share it and contact us.
If payment does not work or confirmation has not arrived
My card was declined — what should I do?
Try again, use another card, or contact your bank. Some banks block international online payments by default. You can also request a bank transfer invoice.
I see two charges — did I pay twice?
Sometimes banks show a temporary hold and a final charge separately. Send us a screenshot or transaction reference and we will check the payment status.
Payment went through, but I did not receive confirmation
Check spam/junk mail and WhatsApp. If you still do not see a message, contact us with your name, tour date and approximate payment time so we can locate the order.
Traveler details and documents
Some tours require passport details or passport scans for hotels, trains, flights, tickets or permits. If requested, upload readable JPG/PDF files and enter names exactly as they appear in passports.
To avoid delays
- Use the correct passport spelling for every traveler.
- Upload clear scans or photos if requested.
- Check dates, nationality and passport details before payment.

Can one person pay for another traveler?
Yes. The payer and traveler may be different people. Refunds, however, are issued only to the original payer and original payment method.
