Payment and start of processing
For Afghan passport holders and citizens of selected countries in Africa, visa support is processed only after 100% payment of the selected package has been received.
Payment of the package does not guarantee visa approval. Payment confirms travel services, accommodation and CAJ.UZ work on host-side documents under the selected package.
- Before payment: CAJ.UZ checks citizenship, route, dates, accommodation and whether the application can be processed.
- After payment: CAJ.UZ starts preparing documents for the selected package.
- Package duration: equals the requested visa / stay duration — 8, 15 or 29 days.
- Authority decision: final visa type, validity and approval are determined by the consulate, MFA or another competent authority.
- Refund: refund conditions depend on service status, hotel rules, work already performed and supplier policies.
Details needed for an initial check
For the first check, do not send unnecessary documents. Basic information is enough. After checking, CAJ.UZ will tell you which documents are needed for the selected package.

Conditions for extended verification cases
For certain citizenships where an extended check of route, accommodation and stay duration is required, CAJ.UZ considers visa support only as part of a confirmed travel package with accommodation.
This rule applies, among others, to applicants holding Afghan passports and to citizens of selected countries in Africa, where CAJ.UZ must confirm the travel programme, accommodation and departure dates in advance.
This policy is applied case by case based on documentation, itinerary, accommodation and departure verification. It is not based on ethnicity or religion.
The condition is linked to host-side visa responsibility, documentary confirmation of a genuine travel arrangement and the need to verify the stay and departure dates. It is not a standalone visa sale and not a standalone invitation sale.
For these applicants, visa support processing starts only after 100% payment of the selected package: 8 days — 2,400 USD per person, 15 days — 4,200 USD per person or 29 days — 8,400 USD per person.
