What support includes and how to choose a travel package
If your trip requires an invitation, CAJ prepares the inviting party’s documents as part of travel services. This invitation is often called an LOI — Letter of Invitation. It supports your visa application; the authorised government body issues the visa.
First check whether you need a visa for your citizenship, passport, purpose and length of stay. You do not need to buy support for visa-free entry. If an invitation is required, agree the itinerary, accommodation and application location with CAJ before paying.

Who these packages are for
These three options are intended for applicants who need more detailed confirmation of their itinerary, accommodation and travel period. This includes Afghan passport holders and citizens of certain African countries. Eligibility is checked for the specific passport; these conditions do not automatically apply to every traveller or every African country.
CAJ provides support only together with genuine travel services. A visa or invitation is not sold separately from a trip. Before payment, provide your citizenship, passport type, country of residence, travel dates and purpose, intended application location and number of travellers.
Packages for 8, 15 and 29 days
All prices are in US dollars per person, meaning one applicant. The package duration determines the requested support period; the government body decides the authorised visa and stay period. For several guests, CAJ confirms the total price, accommodation arrangements and number of rooms in writing before payment.

Fourteen nights in a 3-star hotel in Tashkent with breakfast and visa support for the requested 15 days. Includes airport-to-hotel transfer on arrival day and hotel-to-airport transfer on departure day.

Costs to budget for separately
Visa, flights and insurance
The consular visa fee, flights and medical insurance are not included. Confirm the final fee with the institution receiving your application: it depends on the applicable procedure and place of issue.
Meals and sightseeing
Apart from breakfast in the 15 and 29-day packages, meals cost extra. Excursions, entrance tickets, guides and transport beyond the listed airport transfers are also excluded.
Arrival arrangements and personal expenses
Early check-in, late check-out and personal expenses cost extra. Any other service is included only if CAJ expressly confirms it in writing.
Hotel and room arrangements
Agree the specific hotel, room arrangement and number of rooms before payment. A 3-star category does not establish that every hotel or a single room is available for your dates.
From your enquiry to the visa application
1. Check the trip with CAJ
Send the initial passport and travel information without unnecessary document copies. CAJ checks whether support is needed and agrees the applicable services, itinerary and application location.
2. Agree the services and payment
Obtain written confirmation of the price and services. Applicants covered by these packages must pay 100% of their selected option before preparation begins.
3. Prepare the documents
After checking your case, CAJ explains which details and documents are needed for the invitation. Information must be accurate and match the traveller’s documents; the authorised body may request additional information.
4. Follow your consulate’s procedure
Once support is prepared, apply according to the competent embassy or consulate’s requirements. Discuss the timing for your application in advance; there is no universal promise of issue within a few days. Government authorities decide on visas and admission at the border.
What to prepare for your enquiry
For the first enquiry
Give your citizenship and passport type, country of residence, trip purpose and dates, guest count, itinerary and intended embassy or consulate. This is enough to begin the discussion; do not attach a passport copy unless CAJ requests it.
After the procedure is agreed
A legible passport copy, application form, contact details, itinerary and employment information may be needed if applicable. CAJ confirms the list after checking your case; the government body may request further documents.
Payment and refunds
Tour payments on the website use Visa and Mastercard: the client completes the order form and pays, CAJ receives the application and then sends confirmation of the purchased tour. An enquiry through the contact link starts the discussion of travel services; it is not itself a purchase or order confirmation.
Check the cancellation terms for your selected services before paying. A visa refusal does not automatically entitle you to a full refund: the amount depends on committed services, non-refundable costs and supplier rules. Paying for a package does not guarantee a visa or entry.
Questions about invitations and packages
Can I order only an LOI without accommodation or travel services?
CAJ prepares invitations as part of travel services. An LOI is not sold separately from a trip. If you already have some bookings, describe them in your enquiry so CAJ can assess the possible services.
Can one package cover two people?
The prices of 2400, 4200 and 8400 USD are per person — one applicant. For two or more travellers, the total price, room arrangement and number of rooms must be confirmed in writing before payment.
Is the consular fee payable on top of the package price?
Yes. The consular fee is not included in the published package prices. Ask the institution assessing your visa application about the exact amount and payment method. This fee is separate from CAJ’s service charges.
Can I change dates after the invitation is prepared?
Agree any change first with CAJ and the institution receiving your application. The itinerary, accommodation and requested dates must match the application; changes to committed services depend on their terms.
